Whisky, the ‘water of life’, originated in Scotland and Ireland but is now revered throughout the world - synonymous with quality, tradition and prestige.
Purchased, collected and enjoyed by whisky-lovers from all walks of life, it has never been more popular or sought-after, particularly high-end, ‘unicorn’, ultra-premium, limited-edition, and hard-to-find whiskies.
Unfortunately, those high-end whiskies come at a price. The rarity, age, cask finish, demand, and brand reputation are all contributing factors to a high price point.
But what does this mean for real whisky lovers & drinkers?
It means that they often find themselves priced out of the market, unable to try, experience and enjoy high-value, rare and aged whiskies.

Angel Share Private Members Club
Angel Share private members club offers a ground-breaking and innovative solution. It’s been designed to leverage collective purchasing and democratise access to ultra-premium whisky, allowing members with a wide variety of financial backgrounds the opportunity to savour whiskies that might otherwise be out of reach - from core collections, single cask expressions to special limited-edition releases.
We provide a platform where the everyday whisky drinker can indulge in a glass or two of exceptionally high-value whisky - without the huge financial commitment.
Additionally, for high-net-worth individuals considering investing in an expensive bottle, Angel Share provides a unique opportunity to sample a rare dram before making a significant investment.
How Angel Share works
Each Whisky will be available to be purchased and shared by seven members, each receiving a 100 ml bottle.
The Whisky will be purchased first-hand by Angel Share and delivered to an independent bottler where they will be decanted, under strict security and scrutiny, into the owner’s share bottle of 100 ml.
Bottles will then be wax sealed, carefully packed and sent to the owners to enjoy at their leisure or to give as a gift to the whisky drinker in their lives.
Choose Your Plan
We offer unpaid and paid memberships.
Unpaid Memberships: Our unpaid membership offers access to the collective purchase of whisky. It will come with a digital, not physical, membership card. It won’t have any of the membership benefits that a paid membership comes with but it will allow you to access and drink premium and ultra premium whisky without the large solitary purchase.
Unpaid membership purchases come with a 30% margin premium as opposed to paid membership purchases. This premium will cover costs normally paid upfront by paid members.
Paid memberships: Choose between a one-time annual payment of £150, saving £30 per year, or a monthly subscription of £15 per month. The choice is yours. (If you chose to pay monthly you are committing to an annual agreement of x12 monthly payments)
The first 50 members to pay the annual fee in a single payment of £150 will be entered into a draw. You will receive one of seven 100 ml bottles of a very special MacLean & Bruce 30-year-old Longmorn whisky included with their annual membership. (worth £200 each)
Payment for Bottles
Payments by Debit, Credit Card or Bank Transfer up to £1000 (credit card payments will be subject to a 3% surcharge)
Payments for 100ml bottles over £1000 will be requested by bank transfer.
Once all seven individual share payments have been made, your bottle will then be purchased and either decanted into 100ml bottles and shipped to you; or held in secure storage if you are buying for investment.
What happens if all shares in a bottle are not sold? All funds will be refunded to you.
500 Founding Members
The first 500 ‘paid’ founding members to sign up will be notified and are able to purchase bottles one day in advance of non-paid. These members will have voting rights as well as the ability to propose which bottles are brought before the members to purchase and vote on.
Additionally, the 500 founding members will receive invites to exclusive events before other members and receive advance notice of exclusive members club bottlings and exclusive discounts in the whisky world.
Our Guarantee to You
Fraud prevention and detection will be at the highest level of priority.
Bottles will be purchased from independent whisky shops and distilleries to ensure the provenance and authenticity of the bottles put before members. If the bottles come from collectors, then they will be assessed by experts to ensure the integrity and provenance of the whisky.

Shareholder Meetings
There will also be access to events where members can meet at ‘Shareholder Meetings’ and have their bottle poured for them in the company of fellow whisky lovers in luxurious surroundings. It’s a fantastic opportunity for members to talk about the whisky they’re experiencing together, share discoveries, swap stories, meet new friends and make life-long connections.

The whisky we purchase will range in price from £175 per bottle up to £5000 a bottle and beyond, meaning that members will be able to enjoy a 100 ml share of available bottles from £35 upwards.
